The Constitution of the Liberal Party of Canada 
As adopted and amended at the Biennial Convention on November 30th and December 1st, 2006

Lays out the fundamental principles by which the Party is governed, defining its structure and giving direction to Party officials in carrying out their responsibilities

Form 6 - Notice of Intention to Stand
In order for you to stand for election as a delegate to the upcoming National Leadership and Biennial Convention of the Liberal Party of Canada (the "Convention"), you must meet the requirements of the constitution of the Liberal Party of Canada and the bylaw on the procedure for the election of delegates to a National Leadership and Biennial Convention made under the National Constitution (the "Bylaw") and you must file this form, fully completed and signed, with the appropriate Returning Officer or his or her designate not later than 5:00 p.m., local time, on February 20, 2009.
