Red Deer President Luke Kurata presents the Una MacLean Evans "True Grit" Award,
recognizing "constituencies or individuals who have proudly carried the Liberal banner
in smaller communities, and rural or remote areas of the province".
Macleod President Tony Sansotta accepts the "True Grit" Award.
LPCA Past President Adam Campbell presents the Riding Association of the Year Award to Lethbridge.
President Dianne King was unable to attend so Candidate Michael Cormican
accepted on behalf of the Riding.
Former National Executive Kent Davidson presents the Liberal of the Year Award
to a good friend and "an Albertan who demonstrates unparalleled service and
commitment to the party and its initiatives."
Chair of the Standing Committee on Agriculture, Bob Russell accepts
the Liberal of the Year Award.
The Hon. Anne McLellan presents the award created in honour of her inspirational career
as Deputy Prime Minister and MP for Edmonton Centre.
National Senior Liberals Commission Co-President Catherine Ryan accepts the
Anne McLellan Award celebrating leadership by women in the Liberal Party.
Aboriginal Peoples' Commission Co-President Josh Fraser presents the APC Award.
Ryan Buffalo accepts the Aboriginal Peoples' Commission Award.
Alberta Young Liberals President Kyle Olsen presents the AYL Award.
Tim Smith accepts the Alberta Young Liberals Commission award and pays tribute to
the late Jacques Hebert who created a volunteer youth organization called Katimavik.
Richard Maksymetz accepts the Honorary Young Liberal Award.
Alberta Seniors Commission President Kevan Rhead presents the "Unknown Senior" Award.
